If you control a wallet, you can see the file Cred Protocol keeps about it: your current score and the reasons behind it, how the score has moved, the lending events it was built from, and every time someone received your score or report. Reading your file is free and is never itself recorded as an inquiry.

Signing in

Your file is only shown to the wallet’s owner. To prove ownership you sign a message with your wallet; no transaction is sent and nothing is paid.
  1. Go to score.credprotocol.com and connect your wallet.
  2. Sign the “Proof of wallet ownership” message your wallet shows you.
  3. Open your file.
Developers can do the same directly against the API: request a message from GET /wallet/message/{address}, sign it, and exchange it for a wallet token at POST /wallet/verify. Then call:
Only a wallet token works here. API keys and pay-per-call payments are refused: those belong to businesses, and a business cannot read your file through these endpoints.

What your file contains

Your score on the 300–1000 scale, its band, the factors behind it, and up to four key factors that held it down the most. If some chain data could not be read just now, the score is marked provisional.
Every score we have recorded for your wallet, newest first.
The on-chain borrowing, repayment and liquidation activity your score was built from. Liquidations older than seven years are listed but no longer count against your score.
Everyone who received a score or report about your wallet in the last 24 months: when, which endpoint, the purpose the business declared, and how the data was delivered. Businesses appear by their web domain (for example acme.com), anonymous pay-per-call callers by their payment wallet or method, MetaMask Snap users by their wallet, and your own lookups as “You”.
How to dispute an item you believe is wrong, and how to reach us.
The full inquiry list is also available page by page at GET /wallet/inquiries (pass the next_before value from one page as before to read the next).

Disputing an item

If anything in your file is inaccurate or incomplete, sign in with your wallet and submit a dispute (POST /wallet/disputes) naming the item and why you believe it is wrong. We reinvestigate free of charge, normally within 30 days, and tell you the result. You can also write to [email protected]. See Delivery modes for what businesses may use a Cred Protocol score for.
